 i have stayed there before so i knew what to expect. the room was what i was looking for for 1 nights stay  the tv could not pick up a good reception on most of the channels.  i enjoyed staying there. it was comfortable and the staff were friendly. clean and tidy, comfy bed.central location. external noise from neighbouring bar until 1.30am. better baggage storage facilities required,an occasionally locked, self service cleaners store at your own riskin the lobby is not really ideal when the check in time is 3pm or pay extra. pleasant enough staff though this has more of a hostel feel than hotel. la présence d'une bouilloire et la possibilité de faire du thé ou café à volonté, la situation de l'hôtel et la taille des chambres l'absence de sèche-cheveux, shampoing clean and location was great for a weekend break the breakfast was really bad. no left luggage facilities at hotel so they made us pay extra for late check out. this was the parting gesture that ruined the whole stay. some staff were excellent and others were rude. for the location it could really be beaten and was clean.if i go back to belfast i would try a different hotel but i would stay here again if need be. value for money, good location, clean & tidy cafe bar not open on sunday evening what i liked about the accomodation was the fact that it was comfortable, clean had a nice cosy atmosphere, tea and coffee, a good shower, and quiet. what i disliked about the accomodation was although i appreciate a warm room rather than a freezing cold one, the heating was extra hot even though the radiator was not on. i could not figure out where it was coming from (perhaps the room was next to a boiler?)when i tried to open the window to let some air in, i found that it was much to stiff. my daughter could not get it to open either.that said, i was still glad that the room was (extra) warm rather than if it had been cold. overall a pleasant experience, with comfortable, clean, modern accomodation. what i would have liked to have known before booking was it could have been made much more clear on the booking form that the price would not be charged to your credit card(it asked for all the card details)but that you need to have the cash to pay for your room and breakfast at check-in at the reception desk. i would definitely stay there again.
