 you could not get a booking for a evening meal in the restaurant until late. residents should be given consideration re times  as above the hotel should have some tables or time slots for guests not having to hope for crumbslate in the evening. whats the use iof having a restaurant if the residents cant use it, might as well just be b & b  friendly accommodating staff, cosy setting and comfortable no internet access in the rooms very comfortable, quiet accommodation. excellent dinner. very good leisure facilities. very friendly and helpful staff. room, restaurant, food, atmosphere the bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. i thought the bathroom was of a poor standard for a executive room and took the edge off the experience. we took the advantage of the executive room offer and found the hotel to be plesant and clean. staff were friendly and helpful. the room was nice and the bed excellent, but the bathroom let down the quality of the executive labelling. it was in need of some updating. the seal round the bath/shower was unsightly and the bottom of the door had several chips and scratches with patches of rot. the health and fitness facilities and the food in the restaurant not being able to book rooms at a similar rate to the internet, is not conjusive for business arrangements. if i cannot resolve this, i will seek out a more business friendly hotel some of the front desk staff were not helpful, particularly when attempting to book rooms over the next 6 months.on one occasion, i was working in my room and could not get through to room service, or reception, i walked down and asked reception to contact room service for me, they suggested i go through to the restaurant to order my food, i refused and suggested it was their role.
