 everything was under one roof so if the weather wasn,t very nice you could still use the leasure facilities and enjoy yourself  thought the double room was a bit on the small side/other than that was a pleasant stay at hotel  thought the hotel was good for what i wanted,no complaints about my stay at the norbreck,just thought the oom was a bit small for a double room. it was very relaxing and chilled nothing the size of the bathroom. the room was cosy and warm the furniture was too big and dark for a small single room. there was nothing to hold onto to get in and out of the bath and shower. entertainment in hotel very good tho felt there was a lack of info about what was on in the hotel didn't find out there was a cinema until going home a wee leaflet in room with entertainment info would be a great idea. meals were excellent with good portions could have been a little earlier to let guests attend shows etc as they start at 7.30pm and meals start at 6.30pm and you still have a wee distance to travel to get to them. enjoyed stay, staff were very helpful and friendy even when rushed off there feet. suggestion: info on transport about buses would be a great help maybe a timetable on a notice board or a wee leaflet in room it was very clean with ample to keep kids happy, nice pool-bar area -cinema beds were hard and small-need a quiet area for adults to relax ,sorry to say the food was very poor in both resturants most things in general ok but the food was not good ,did upgrade resturant but still generally freezer food ate down town for last two days. all staff in general very helpful and polite but again resturant staff a let down dont feel they really wanted to be there.over all a good experiance, good for young familys + elderly on a short break .the room.the location.the staff.the food.shall i go on? upon arrival the lobby was packed and the checking in staff were very slow and unorganised.we requested non-smoking rooms near to each other.we recieved niether of these things.the room was old fashioned and not that clean.the toilet roll holder was broken and the handle on the bath was missing allowing my 2yr old to push his fingers into the rusty holes where it should of been!we were told that the only sitting left for dinner was 8pm which is too late when you have a 6month old baby a 2yr old and an eight year old.anyway we went to dinner which was an experience.it was a buffet style dinning room which i can only explain as very 50's.the food was of a very standard and was bearly warm.my partner didnt even bother to try it!!the plates and glasses were dirty and i had to ask twice for a clean glass due to lipstick marks still on them.we did complain and recieved 100 pounds refund due to the poor quality of the food.i would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone!! value for money the food was ok the other guests ther was a large group of gypsies,travellers or whatever you call them.they took over the place and my children couldn,t be left alone would not ever stay in this hotel .as it lets any scruffbag in with a few quid Opiniónes 1 a 6 sobre 55 - pagina(s) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
