 new and clean  rooms and bathrooms not as big as travel inn!!  clean, good food and bar, rooms a little small and cramped but generaly ok 7/10 just wonderful people in neighbouring room were very noisy enjoyed very much cleanliness of room and spa dirty breakfast dishes were not cleared away a value for money hotel. clean and well equipped. friendly, helpful staff. rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel itself had a number of facilities to suit most people. the hotel had me down as mrs instead of mr and my christian and surnames reversed. this lead to confusion when checking in but the young lady on reception dealt with it in a professional, yet light hearted way. well done. modern and clean food terrible, leisure facilities overcrowded the breakfast was poor, especially the cooked buffet element. so much so, that when we checked out of the hotel we went to a cafe and paid for a breakfast.the leisure club was very busy. children were having swimming lessons, the steam room was out of action, the sauna was very small, and the jacuzzi was being used by about 6 people who obviously were members and did not get out at all, making it unusable by anyone else (over half hour).staff were friendly and hotel room was clean, although very simply furnished. plenty do do in and around the hotel for every age group. the only thing we would pick up on was that we were not told how to use the card to put the lights on, had it been dark we would not of been able to work it out easily. however apart from that the stay and hotel were exellent in every department and we will deffinatly be staying there again in the future, and would certainly recommend the hotel to friend.
