 come potete mettere online un simile tipo di albergo, alle 19,45 tutto chiuso niente reception niente campanello solo un numero di telefono da chiamare, tre stelle? come entrata una specie di saracinesca, ovviamente abbiamo cercato an'altro hotel. the room is on second level without elevator . only spiral stairs . we had a very nice stay there. the room was to the back yard, a room on the street side could be more noisy. also the room was lately renovated and quite spacious. bad ratio quality / price  le petit déjeuner  la limitation de place dans la salle de repas fairly clean & accessable to public transport. tv very small,exhaust fan in bathroom did not work,no ac in room ,the 1 window in room opened about 6inches,for safety we had to close when sleeping.we were charged for a tv&phone jack outlet that we met hanging from a wall,under a table.the steps to the 2nd fl was a narrow metal,winding,at an outside corner of the building.as americans,we usually book a double rm and get 2 queen size beds,i guess in europe it´s different. we stayed here to see a world cup game +visit paris &amsterdam.we booked 7 nights with breakfast,but only spent 5 nights physically&had breakfast3 mornings,so even though we had more persons than booked we didn´t get any added amenities,until the 19th when we were threatened with immediate dismissal if we did not pay to put another bed in the same room.that matress was bigger than the frame,so if you slept on it you would roll off,so it only congested the space. a note for guest ,the maid runs to the room as soon as you go to breakfast ;hide your toothbrushes they do head count by toothbrushes.also at times the manager pretended not to speak or understand english.but fifa´s logo wasa time to make friends,we made a lot of friends the german people were very,very helpful&friendly to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in germany,one bad apple don´t spoil the whole bunch.thank you germany we´ll visit again.
