everything in the room was lovely the bed was comfortable the bathroom was lovely.

the tv had no remote control with it and the radio by the bed didn't work if it did i couldn't hear it

handy for town centre

the beds are uncomfortable

this hotel is nice and handy for the shops,grimsby is a good shopping centre

parking facilities(as i'm fron london!)

proced @ â£90.00 on the internet and on my conformation paperwork when i arrived,but â£99.00 when i came to pay the bill and when i challenged this the receptionist didn't know where my booking ref was.and yes i would like a refund.97063792 booking reference no.

generally a nice hotel but in my view the rooms could do with a major refurb or at least brighter more cheery decoration.well positioned though.

location and we have stayed at same hotel before

have recommended this hotel and had friends and family book stays over last couple of years already - will be glad when refurb completed as this will improve small things that are required although this would not deter us from staying or recommending - hotel central to everything which means location ideal -

the room was comfortable and the service polite and friendly. reception staff were efficient and effective

the car park was a mess and badly marked out. the hotel was not easy to find using satnav. the decor was tired. it took a while to find a waiter to be seated at breakfast even though (or perhaps because) the hotel seemed quiet.

i was only there for one night so my review has limited reliability. i have already made my main points above. i have ticked i would recommend this hotel below but the reality is more complicated. it was perfectly adequate and the staff were friendly but i was left with the distinct feeling that the hotel as a whole could have done better for the price charged. so if someone asked is this an ok place to stay?, i would say yes. but if they said is it the best place in grimsby in this price range?, i would say: probably not.
