the ottoman suite that we had was excellent and i would definately lke to return one day.
excellent
sumptious surroundings, a big shock when you considered the cost.
the television was tricky to use, that was the only bad point.

i booked three luxury double rooms. the two rooms for my colleagues were much smaller than mine with inconsistancies in room space, quality and furnishings.
my colleagues room had an air conditioning unit taking up at least a quarter of the available floor space, where the hose for the unit had to be put out of a window which was the other side of the room!
good breakfast facilities, good staff and nice locations (2 minutes walk from earls court tube station). overall good (make sure you have room 3!).
the hotel is elegant and friendly and in an excellent location.
my small (and thus affordable) single room did not come with a bathtub.
i liked the ambiance of this hotel very much. but i did notice that some of the rooms are underground, and i can imagine that they are not so pleasant as the one i had, which had a great view over neighboring rooftops.
very comfortable, well apointed, everything in excellent condition.
no access to sky sports tv
on arrival, i was told there was no hot water in my room. i was offered alternative accommodation in a nearby apartment. 3oo metres away and down a dungeon. it was clean enough but stank of damp etc i refused to stay there and was offered accommodation in a suite in the actual hotel. if this had been done immediately, everything would have been excellent but, unfortunately it was only on my return to the hotel that this solution was offered. apart from this, evezrything else was excellent. highly recommended.
the hotel was very clean and all the fixtures and fitting was of top quality, the breakfasts although just continental was very good
the room was a little bit on the small side but we did not plan to spend our vacation in our room
the hotel was very clean and the staff all very pleasant if there was a problem they attended to it straight away and nothing seemed to be a problem to them .although the room was a bit small it had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay.
