quiet neighbourhood, we had some good nights sleep. not much of a view from the hotel windows (no balconies). the front of the hotel, where breakfast is served, is nice with pots and plants and a lemon tree at the entrance. just continental breakfast made us have breakfast elsewhere.we changed to a twin room after at first have got a small room with a king size bed (it was definitely worth a slightly higher rate.) the hotel is located just a few minutes away from promenade the anglais. the walking distance along the sea to the centre of nice and the old town are just perfect. the hotel was as expected and we do not regret staying there.

i can highly recommend your hotel, we were very satisfied with employees, room was daily cleaned and quiet.3 minutes from the promenade des anglais and beach and bus stations.

our first room (very small) did not have any view outside as there was a nontransparent,yellow plastic-pane in front of the window (it´s nearly like a cellar-room). our second room (only with additional charge) was roomier and with view outside, but the bathroom was too dirty: the shower curtain was very dirty and musty so that we did not use it. the locally actual state is not the same as shown on the photographs in the internet. we would not recommend this location due to unhygienic, dirty rooms.additionally it wasn´t very quiet at night as the toilet (for hotel guests with rooms without a toilet) was next-door to our room and was frequently used all night.....aus unserem 1. zimmer (sehr klein)konnte man überhaupt nicht aus dem fenster schauen, da davor eine undurchsichtige,gelbe scheibe gebaut war. das 2. zimmer (nur gegen aufpreis) war geräumiger und mit aussicht, allerdings sehr dreckig. der duschvorhang stank, war sehr verdreckt und schimmelig. die im internet dargestellten fotos entsprechen auf keinem fall dem zustand, der vor ort herrscht! dieses hotel ist aufgrund des dreckes und der unhygienischen einrichtung auf keinen fall zu empfehlen.zusätzlich war das etagen-wc direkt nebenan, wodurch man immer wieder in der nacht gestört wurde, da die wänder sehr dünn sind.
