the hotel was conveniently situated for access to places of interest.the cleanliness and modern facilities available at the hotel was pleasantly suprising.staff attitude and helpfulness was a credit to the hotel.secure car park was an added bonus

good location 10-15 min walk to city centre, 5 min drive to salford quays.plenty of car parking. rooms fitted to 4* standard. reasonable bar prices. very good continental breakfast. reception staff very helpfull with directions to places of interest, calling cabs etc.

this was the first time i have been away with my girlfriend and i was a little nervous about something going wrong with the check in or confirmation, i was also worried that as we are a young couple we would be regarded as troublesome to the staff. my worries were quickly dispelled when we walked in to the reception and we were greeted by three of your staff and helped to check in straight away. we were then given clear instruction to where our room was and found it no problem, there was a slight problem with the first keycard we were given however but we thought it was our fault not using the right technique. the problem was quickly resolved with a new card and we had no further problems. after we put our bags into our room we went back down to the reception and asked for directions to the salford quays, your staff were very helpful and we found our way there. we enjoyed the stay a lot as the bed was very comfortable and we slept the whole night with no disturbance. in the morning we got up fairly early and went for breakfast, which is always the best part of a hotel stay in my opinion, we were told where everything was and both enjoyed several different types of breakfast. all in all it was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back!
