 friendly welcome, tasteful furnishings, handy kitchen, central location (only a few minutes on foot to train-/busstation, restaurants, shops)  nothing  all in all an agreeable stay with uncomplicated booking procedures we had the whole top floor of a converted coach house - two rooms, both with en-suite plus a small sitting area. unheated bathroom and little or no storage space for clothes. the accommodation mainly caters for single night stop-overs who are arriving or departing from stansted airport. as such, it is excellent. it is clean, reasonably spacious and supplies bags of hot water. clients see to their own breakfast in the loft space above a separate garage and can be accessed any time of day or night. hence, not disturbing anyone if leaving or arriving in the early hours.shuttle to or from the airport can be arranged with the owners.it serves well as a comfortable and convenient place to stay for one or two nights whilst living out of your suitcase. nice homely feel good location, convenient parking, flexible breakfast arrangements. small room, no table / desk, no shower, poor lighting. most rooms are located in self contained annex. breakfast is in separate building ans is a self service continental style, available at any time. hotel is situated directly under stanstead airport flightpath but at sufficient distance that the noise is not too intrusive. clean and friendly noise from room above check rooms available and departure times of guests in room above very nice room. possibility to have breakfast early morning there was not enough light in the room, which make work difficult.the ceiling in the bathroom was so low, that i could not stand in the bath...
