une chambre spacieuse avec une bonne literie et des services de qualité(service en chambre, piscine très agréable et salle de sport).
le prix du petit déjeuner est élevé et nous avons été reveillés à 2h et 4h30 par des clients eméchés criant dans les couloirs!
there was a long wait to check in and when i did so my reservation was incorrect. despite advising the receptionist i wanted one room for two nights, not two for one night, i noticed later that my key card showed i was due to check out after one night. changing this was a laborious and painful process, and for some reason the rate i was charged was not as i had booked it through active hotels. when i arrived back from a flight late the following evening i expected my key card not to be set up to allow me access into my room, and sure enough it did not. when i checked out the following morning i was not offered a receipt.during my stay i had cause to make use of the hideously overpriced room service option, although the food was passable.in the leisure club, one of just two showers in the male changing rooms was out of order, leading to queues.
