 perfect beliggenhet,servicepersonale utmerket central,klein,gute personale  früstuck regelung: gutschein 2 r kann man kein früstuck kaufen .. lieber one frü location too many stairs,small rooms, broken lightswitch and great difficulty in using shower-even reception staff were unable to use the location of the hotel is outstanding as long as you have no vehicle. the rooms were tiny and the hotel was being renovated. the electrics were dodgy eg live wires hanging from bed lights. there was no telephone in the room and neither was internet connection. it was central we were told we would be picked up at the airport, but no one turned up and when i phoned the hotel the man did not understand, and could not have cared less, all he said was for us to get a taxi, and remember we had been travelling from early that morning, and arrived in varna at 11pm, so we were very tired, and the pick up would have been great. nothing the hotel was terrible. the dining room is not in the hotel but in a "kebab" style shop opposite the hotel!
