 superbly located away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions yet close enough to be within strolling distance. nicely decorated with high ceilings. breakfast sufficient and served to your room as no real common areas. entrance via common hall area which unfortunately was under re-construction when we stayed. the staff were very friendly, helpful and versatile (fixed our door handle which fell off!). overall, a good place to stay. comparative to other cities slightly expensive but by venice standrads probably just about right. based on the price of euro180, the facilities of the hotel is too poor. the attitude of the employee is nice, but the price is really too high. the reasonable price shoud be around euro80 to 100 if we based on the location, room facilities, service quality, ...etc. again, this is a new b&.b. they need to learn more about the customer requirements, and invest more on the room facilities such as small refrigerator, small chair, table, coffee &. tea bag, cup, water,....etc. sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. der perfekte ausgangspunkt, um diese einmalige stadt zu fuß/boot näher kennen zu lernen. ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, großes zimmer, das die athmosphäre der stadt angenehm fortsetzt und aus dem 1. stock einen schönen blick bietet. al doge beato is a beautiful hotel. we got a bit nervous when we saw the outer door but once we walked into the hotel door, we knew we made the right decision. our room was spacious and clean. the location of the hotel is just enough off the beaten path that you don'.t feel like you'.re surrounded by fellow tourists but close enough that it'.s only 5-10 minutes to walk anywhere. my only complaint is that breakfast was rather small. a cappaccino and croissant and some packaged breakfast crackers. for the price, i expected a bit more. i'.d still stay there again. quite location but close to train station and all tourist atttractions habitacion amplia, limpia y trato muy agradable del personal, encontrarlo fue un poco complicado puesto que la casa donde se ubica esta en obras por reforma, por lo demás excelente.
